Adding unallocated space to extended partition

Hello everyone, I'm having trouble resizing/moving my partitions. My setup is as following:

My aim is to get a bigger /home partition, but since it's at the end of the volume, I'm assuming it won't be easy (or possible whatsoever) to merge the /home and unallocated space to one great /home directory.
I have no files within /home so it's not a big deal if it gets wiped.
I thought that moving the /home dir to the unallocated space might be a better option than trying to merge the /home partition and the unallocated space since they're so far away.

My question is, how do I move the /home partition to the unallocated space, as well as how to add the unallocated space to the extended partition to make this possible? I figured that I'll have to boot from a live CD, but what do I have to do afterwards?

Best regards

Go get the gparted liveCD - then you won't get all those padlocks. Simply use it to grab the edge of the partition you want to enlarge/move.

First drag the left edge of the extended across to acquire that unallocated. Apply that change.
From there it's probably easiest just to drag each logical partition to the left as far as it will go (one at a time, then apply). Eventually the unallocated will be to the right of /home - simply expand it by dragging the right edge out all the way. Apply that and try a reboot.
