adding new resolution to fedora

HEllo ALL .

i want to know if that possible to add new resolution for fedora to a higher settings , my card is

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 945GM/GMS, 943/940GML Express Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03)

and itis working fine and i have a default resolution not higher than 1280x800 and i want to have resolution higher than that so is that possible like adding some kind of configurations to xorg.conf file so if any one have info about that please provide me with it

xorg

From the main menu (if running X Windows and the default window manager):
System > Administration > Display

If your display hardware is correctly recognised, then you will have all possible (safe) resolutions in the popup list.

In addition to that you can manually adjust your X configuration to get other resolutions. No quick tips for that: you need to know what you are doing and what your display is capable of. You will have to read all the boring stuff regarding Xorg configuration and also check the technical description manual of your display for correct sync values.
