Adding Font

I can add fonts with spadmin in Open Office. org My question is where can I download fonts compatible with Open Office.org? I specifically need Arial as required by my professor.

Install msttcorefonts. It includes the Arial font library.

I use my fonts from Windows XP. I copied them to a CD and then installed them on to My Linux boxes using the KDE font installer. They are available system wide, so openoffice and other apps can use them.
