add/remove applications issue..


When im trying to download a program using that tool this happend:

sorry for the mess i was trying to be specific.

And after that i go to the add/remove tool and is the same thin.

Post your sources.list and comment out the cd lines.

Your list should look something like this:
Stable
deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian/ lenny main contrib non-free
#Stable Sources
#deb-src http://http.us.debian.org/debian/ lenny main contrib non-free
#Security Updates Stable
deb http://security.debian.org/ lenny/updates main contrib non-free

# Debian Volatile http://www.debian.org/volatile/
deb http://volatile.debian.org/debian-volatile lenny/volatile main contrib non-free

I am betting you only have security and volatile, either that or apt-get is trying to install from the cds.

ok, thx, and i got the theme in gnome-look its name is "Molten".
