Arrow Add & Remove Programs is giving error in RHEL5

Hi ,
I am using RHEL5.I installed yum package on RHEL5.After installation when i tried to open add and remove programs,It was giving a bug report.
Now it process for short time and dissappears.Plz give me solutions

You could start by looking at the file that says it broken in the error message. Off hand I'd expect a formatting issue from a cut and paste maybe?

Your best chance to get rpms that work against RHEL, but are not RHEL is EPEL http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL.
Forget atrpms
