Hi all,
I've bought a laptop that seems to be very Linux incompatible. It started off install LMDE, but the laptop keeps dropping the wireless signal. It's fine in Windows, so it's not an issue with the card. Last time something similar happened with a different laptop and router, I fixed it by disabling DHCP and setting a static IP (hence how I discovered that right click doesn't work).
Anyway, it decided to drop the signal half way through the update and refused to update. Now, after GRUB2 selects Linux it talking about /dev/sda7 being mounted by another program.
Code:
fsck.ext: Device or resource busy while trying to open /dev/sda7
fsck died with exit status
Any idea how to enable the system to boot?
