Wink Acer 3100 rebooting


hey ppl.... well i need help pls... this comp has gone soooo slow lol
i have acer 3100 aspire when i bought it it was XP i installed vista unlimited i think but it has alot of viruese..... how can i reeboot it ... before i had epower i think it was a software that was installed on the hard drive but i cant find it ..... pls help me thanks ppz

This is a linux forum. What you want is a Vista forum.
