Accidentally Uninstalled apt protocol and Ubuntu Software Center libraries

Hello, everyone!

I accidentally uninstalled the apt protocol and Ubuntu Software Center.
I want to know if I can reinstall them.

Thank you,
Alex

I do not really understand what do you mean by that (apt is not a protocol and Ubuntu Software Center is a site). But you can try to download packages and install them with dpkg.

I uninstalled some libraries and ubuntu software center is not available anymore
I get apt-get: command not found in the terminal when I try to update or install any software.

I want to know if I can have access again to this command apt-get.

you can download apt from here: http://packages.ubuntu.com/saucy/admin/apt, software center from here: http://packages.ubuntu.com/saucy/software-center
you need to select 32 or 64 bit version, download and install with dpkg.
