Accidentally Deleted my Linux Partition...Need Help ASAP

I was trying to figure out how to uninstall my linux partition so I could only run windows from now so I deleted my linux partitions. Now when I try to boot up it goes directly to the grub screen where as is used to take me to a screen where I would chose to boot from windows or linux (suse). I do not know much about the grub commands at all. Is there any way I can fix this problem without having to reformat?

For windows 9x: boot with dos floppy and do "fdisk /mbr"
For 2k/xp: boot with install cd and do "fixmbr".
Or type this into grub:
rootnoverify (hd0,0)
chainloader +1
boot
