Accessing Web pages shared in /<Directory /home/vinay/public_html> Allowdirectory

Dear All,

I have shared few webpages in /home/vinay/public_html directory and I
have made necessary changes in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file

Code:
UserDir public_html

<Directory /home/vinay/public_html>
    AllowOverride FileInfo AuthConfig Limit
    Options MultiViews Indexes SymLinksIfOwnerMatch IncludesNoExec
    <Limit GET POST OPTIONS>
        Order allow,deny
        Allow from all
    </Limit>
    <LimitExcept GET POST OPTIONS>
        Order deny,allow
        Deny from all
    </LimitExcept>
</Directory>
But how to access these pages through Browser. When I open the browser with
Code:
http://localhost/
It shows contents of index.html in /var/www/html which is default DocumentRoot

How to provide the URL to access webpages in /home/vinay/public_html directory.
