That's normal, because the NTFS write support is still limited anyway. You may need to recompile the kernel to include it, but I'm not sure with Fedora. You can of course use a FAT32 partition if you want to be able to read/write from both Linux and Windows.

Yes, I have also still been not able to write to ntfs partitions, though i have rw support enabled in kernel. I guess it will take a while for the ntfs rw support to get stable, till then we stick with fat32.
