Question about setup oracle 10.2.04 on the Centos 4.6


I am going to setup oracle 10.2.04 on the Centos 4.6 ,but there is some mistake warning when creating and starting instance during installing:
ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact
how could i resolve it? thk u!
