When installing packages in Suse, the system asks for the root user (system administrator) password, not the normal user's password. The system needs root permission to write files into directories that the normal user cannot write to.

So, if it's your computer, and you have the root password, just enter the root password to continue the installation of the package.

If you didn't specify a root-password, there is none. You should just press the <ENTER> Button when there is asked for the old password.
