I wanted to know what is kickstart? What are its advantages and how it is useful?

we REALLY aren't here for this, you could have already found out just by searching for "kickstart" in google. A wikipedia article on it is the 2nd result. Are you really born for linux?

Basically it's a way to script unattended installations. The usefulness of that should speak for itself.
