normally , if i have folder in /www i need to do like
/www/someDIR right?

but i see some web site can have

Do u know how to do?

What exactly are you implying about? Are you wondering if you can have a directory as a IP or what? If you can clarify on exactly you want to do, I might be able to answer more easily.
