Unhappy a simple question


Hi. I just install j2sdk.1.4.2 on my redhat 8.0 so that i compile my own java program. but i don't know how to set path so that i don't have to type the complete path everytime i run my program

i install j2sdk in /usr/local/

would anyone mind to tell me how should i set up the path?

Actually there are many posts on that. Take a look at the search string from above. The skinny:
set it in /etc/profile OR ~/.bash_profile
