A Simple question...

I'm using slackware 9.1

I've found out that I can get my sound working by typing

# modprobe es1371

Now, I don't want to type this every time I boot the computer. How can I configure my comp to load it automatically?

You can add it to your /etc/modules.conf like:

alias sound es1371


or add "modprobe es1371" to your /etc/rc.local.
