A theme for what?? Desktop? Color? Window Decoration? Wallpaper? Which KDE (3.5 or 4.1??)

Most themes can be installed through the KDE control center. There will be an "INSTALL THEME" button. Click it.

I don't know if it's installed by default, but if you set up your software repositories (it's in system configuration, or run "yast2" as root), you can install it. I think the packages you need are tightvnc. Install them, then configure them.

Which desktop are you running? KDE3.5 or 4.0(1)? Are you wanting to control the winblows box or the GNU/Linux box?
