A couple of issues with libmadin RH 9.0

I've been working on getting k3b to convert and burn mp3's to wav's on the fly and need k3b to configure and find the libmad files. Figured I could uninstall and then reinstall libmad and then run the configure again for k3b but this is what I came up with.

[root@localhost RPM'S]# rpm -e libmad-0.15.0b-3.fr.i386.rpm
error: package libmad-0.15.0b-3.fr.i386.rpm is not installed
[root@localhost RPM'S]# rpm -i libmad-0.15.0b-3.fr.i386.rpm
warning: libmad-0.15.0b-3.fr.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID e42d547b
package libmad-0.15.0b-3.fr is already installed
[root@localhost RPM'S]#

So what's this mean?
