64-BIT LIVECD problem

Hi,
Me again, I found out that I need a 64Bit live CD to make 64-bit linux work, so... I downloaded it from BELNET FTP and then burnt it to CD, now, when I boot the CD, and tell it to boot to the gentoo console, it gives me a huge list and then a bunch of

"ARGH DEVICE-DRIVERS NULL!"

Or something like that, anyway, before that started happened, I couldn't fdisk! Are there any knows problems with the universal AMD64 livecd?
