64-bit flashplayer crashing in Ubuntu 9.04


OK, heres my problem...

Im using a dell inspiron 15 and ive just installed 64bit flash player, did it right and it works.... BUT... It crashes when I try broadcasting on this site called blogtv.com. either it doesnt find my cam and connects or firefox just crashes.. ohh and im using ubuntu 9.04

I'm not the most qualified person in this forum, so I'm not sure how much I'll be able to help. My first suggestion is that you title your thread in a little lore detailed manner so as to attract the correct people. have you tried upgrading the Flash plugin?

Upgrading is not a bad idea because this looks like a bug, which is not your fault. If the issue is still there with the newest version, you should consider filing a bug report. The homepages of software should generally lead somewhere where you can file bug reports.

32 bit flash player ubuntu 9.04

ima total noob to all of this, so I tried going back to 32 bit, seems it doesnt crash, connects to my webcam but doesnt pick up on it, like its stuck or frozen. ff doesnt crash this time..

But now I am dealing with the sound.. seems it doesnt work

sound works fine,

only need one more thing fixed before I am happy. My webcam seems to work fine when I am using cheese but as soon as i want it to connect with the internet it freezes, whether it be youtube or blogtv even facebook..
