3d enabled but lost driver gui
Hi, Using the ATI driver now. I now have 3d enabled, but no have lost the gui configuration utility. The one that lets you switch amongst displays and display modes eg. clone, single, etc..
I had to reinstall without ATI 9600se in agp slot. So YaST could detect the onboard, first. Then install the agp card. It was detected as a RV350ap 9600 pro (Asus OEM for Hp) so I changed it to a RV350 AQ which I believe is correct for my card. How the heck do I get my config utility? Could it be just not linked to the kmenu? How else would I switch to tv out? cjae@linux:~> lsmod | grep fglrx fglrx 237980 7 cjae@linux:~> lsmod | grep agp intel_agp 25504 1 agpgart 37804 2 intel_agp cjae@linux:~> glxinfo name of display: :0.0 display: :0 screen: 0 direct rendering: Yes server glx vendor string: SGI server glx version string: 1.2 server glx extensions: GLX_ARB_multisample, GLX_EXT_visual_info, GLX_EXT_visual_rating, GLX_EXT_import_context, GLX_OML_swap_method, GLX_SGI_make_current_read, GLX_SGIS_multisample, GLX_SGIX_fbconfig and no I am not talking about sax. |
