Yes, but since you don't have hardware support for virtualization it may be slow, especially if you install a GUI on it. I would recommend to install it natively (either the 32 or the 64 bit version) on that machine.

Yes ..You can install 32bit CentOS on your VM.
All the best for your exam preparation.

Recently I gave the exam and its good......I am able to clear it.
