2 roots in Linux box

Does it allow in Linux to have two roots? I mean 2 admin or administrators.

Thanks a lot

yeah... you can do it when you add users, i think by specifying their group as root, but I can't remember for sure. Another user can obtain root status by typing 'su' at the command prompt and typing in the root password.

You can make the users uid 0 and he will have most of roots permissions. There are some limitations, but I can't remember them off hand.

Code:
crabboy:x:0:100:,,,:/home/crabboy:/bin/bash

with sudo you can entitle different users to have superuser's priveleges, or you can limit them, devide useres into groups and give certain rights to particular things.
