2 CPU and 8G ram
I have one Linux(RedHat7.2) machine, (2 CPU and 8G ram), it looks it only see one CPU and 4G ram. How shall I do

You'll have to recompile your kernel with the big ram option. I don't know if the one shipped with 7.2 will do the job. If you can, you should try for a newer version of RedHat (or another distro) That kind of computer demands the best OS out there.

Along with the big memory option, you'll need to have a SMP kernel to take advantage of both processors. I second vectordrake's suggestion to get a more up to date distro -- RH 7.2 is old and out of support.
