1280x1024 screen resolution


hi guys,

it seems that i cannot figure out how to get 1280x1024 screen resolution. i changed xorg.conf and added the resolution i want but when i get to gnome to change it my options reach only to 1024x768. thanks in advance.

I guess you need to set your horizontal and vertical sync rate to, values unique to your screen, also located in the x.org-conf file.
