(111) Connection refused - please help
 
While trying to retrieve the URL: http://192.168.0.2/

The following error was encountered:

* Connection to 192.168.0.2 Failed

The system returned:

(111) Connection refused

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

Your cache administrator is webmaster.

I am using Ipcop. What do i need to change on it possibly

That's a non-routable, local-only, address. It is, typically, used to access the configuration menus on a ADSL or other modem, although the 2 at the end is extremely unusual for such usage. (The modem menus are, without exception in my - not too extensive - experience, either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1.)

In any case, since that address will not be allowed to pass through any network switch, it cannot be used as an Internet address. It's only a valid address on a home network without any network switches.
