-00:1f.2 not available because of resource collision- message

Hi all. When my Mandrake v9.0 kernel starts loading, I see a "PCI: 00:1f.2 not available because of resource collision" message and then it continues happily.
I use a P4 at 3Ghz on a Gigabyte m/b with a SATA WD 120GB hard disk. I note that I haven't configured properly my on-board sound card and my Radeon 3d card yet.
What this message is for? Could any kind man help me??
