'last' command doesn't show last shutdown

I shutdown around 4 - 5 hours ago which would be around 14:00 to 15:00 time range. But as you can see there's no entry for it. Why? and how can i find when i last shutdown?

Code:
last

Is your system set to the right time zone?

And one reason why events may not be written to wtmp is
that the partition is full ... what's your free disk
space? Both are of course stabs in the dark :}

Cheers,
Tink
