[SOLVED] I can't move windows when turne on compiz effects

I have a problem.
When turned on compiz icon (compiz effects) I can't move windows.
Windows are always opened in top left corner and are fixed.
All other Compiz effects work well.

Slackware 13.37 32bit, Graphical environment Xfce 4.6.2.

I have installed latest Nvidia proprietary driver.
Graphics card is nVidia GeForce 9600 GT.

In Compiz Config Settings Manager→ Window Management→ check in Mowe Windows.
