Question Zimbra Adminstration Interface Port 7071


I installed Zimbra 3.1 on my Fedora Core 4, The Zimbra administration interface is using http>//hostaname:7071.
But i am receiving the error The connection was refused when attempting to contacthostname:7071

I revised the Firewall in order to allow port 7071 but i am receiving the same error

Could someone help me _

is it a dedicated firewall or a host-based firewall?? or both??

let's see the output of (on the zimbra box):

netstat -an | grep "LISTEN * $"
