WMP11 2.5 Help

Wow, surprised to see my other topic still so high up. Anyway, after randomly clikcing on stuff in Mandrake, I found something that said that the driver was Prism 2.5 Wavelan chipset. This is more than I've even known before. What is the next step (with as much detail as possible, please) that I need to go though in order to get this set up correctly?? Thanks a bunch.

Might as well say what I have been able to get done so far. I downloaded the latest linux-wlan drivers and tried to install those, but in the process ran into the issue with /usr/src/linux not existing. After a little research, I found out I need to recompile my kernel?? *gulp* Is this really what I need to do next?
