windows xp lan messenger

does anyone know of any prog which can send/receive messages to/from windows xp machines on the lan? ive tried Kpopup and am only able to send messages, not receive...

thanx for the help..sorry for the delay

linpopup doesnt seem to work...it cant send or receive...anything else i can use?
