Hello,

What exact model is it? Have you tried hard resetting it and try it and see what happens from scratch?

Cheers,

Josh

Assuming this is a plain SOHO router.
How many devices are on the LAN?
How many devices have a static IP address.
How many devices have a dynamic IP address.
Check the router's setup.
What is the subnet. Is the subnet big enough for all devices.
What is the max number of DHCP users.
check to make sure there are enough dHCP users in the range for all of your dynamic devices as well as it not over lapping any static devices.

Same route I was going... I just want to know if you hard reset at all because in the past, I have seen configurations in some routers get borked and caused weird issues with IP addressing....

You need to log into your router's web GUI and look in the preferences; the IP address for it should be 192.168.1.1, etc. Could you answer the above questions for us though?
