Where do I find the most current PPP-HOWTO

I have been reading http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/PPP-HOWTO/dns.html in an attempt to get my ISP connection established. However, this document appears to have been written for earlier versions of Linux. Am I reading the right document, or is there another, more current one out there?
