Is it possible to use water instead of gas in your car ? Kind of same concept. Most likely it won't work unless whoever developed it made a port of it over to Windows, but usually requires it to be installed on the Win2k machine.

Java is suppose to be cross-plateform, try compiling the source code on the windows box.
