buttshill LQ Newbie Registered: Jan 2003 Location: Reading UK Distribution: OpenSuse Tumbleweed Posts: 17 Rep:	Want to force use of squidgaurd Hi, I am running MDK 9.1 on my home server. I have got squidgaurd working to block porn etc from the family PCs. However, it is voluntary as anyone can disable the proxy from within the browser setup. How do I force them to use the proxy (port 8080) ? I am guessing I have to block port 80 outward bound, but how ? I use a script to set up the firewall, which I can understand just... Any help gratefully received. Thanks John
