im trying to get wanadoo to work with linux but it dont seam to want to connect

erm.. how can we really help you with such little information?? what modem? what dialer app?

Question ummm question

do you have a router or do you only have 1 computer that connects with the modem and then the INTERNET?

a router is a box witch you can connect more computers to the INTERNET

ok, so, it would help if you told us your distribution. Then we could give you more specific help - are you running kde or gnome?

are you running mandrake? (mandriva?) fedora? slackware? debian? what?

are you sure that the connection is plugged in?

what have you attempted so far?
