W2K ICS Sharing to Linux
Well I know this is possible but for some reason I can't get my SUSE 8.2 to use the internet through ICS. It used to work when I tried linux a year ago. Basicilly if I have the network on Linux set to DHCP I can't ping the host W2K computer which is set to 192.168.0.1, it says 'network unreachable' and the internet doesn't work. But if I set the IP on Linux as 192.168.0.2 then I can ping the W2K computer. But internet still doesn't work. I'm getting the impression that the DHCP isn't setting itself up properly, or isn't communicating with ICS on W2K, or something. It's a pain because I switched the ADSL Modem to another computer so I could access it through linux using ICS.
Any ideas?
Thanks
