VSFTPD in 9.0??
Hey guys, I've been having problems setting up an ftp server and this is the link at broadbandreports.com that I posted at. I decided to post here because I found out about this forum recently and figured it would be better for the question I had. So the link's below... any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I DID check the post and you DIDN'T do the second part. Next time I won't bother to try and help you when I see your posts. Plus, I actually answered your buddy's post and then pointed you to the same one because you posted the same thing as him without bothering to look.

I did try both of them....and I had more questions..my friend(ctejas) had to head out, so I started a post so maybe someone could help me while I was trying to configure it....I didn't post the second one that you suggested because it didn't work. However, the first one you suggested worked. ..so thank you for the suggestion...I appreciate it. And I probably should have said that I did in fact try the second suggestion in my post....that led to some confusion. Anyways, I didn't intend on offending anyone....so I'm sorry if I did. Well, ttyl.
