Arrow VPN with Linksys BEFsx41 Firewall Router


Hello

at this time this question is not related with Linux , but i am member of this forum and know there a so many experts those can help me.

i want to link my 2 ofices with LinkSys BEFSX41 vpn firewall router.
please guied me step by step how i can build vpn between this 2 location what configuration requierd on both side or if any one need more information for proper answer please ask me.

Snerio
Office 1= LinkSys BEFSX41 vpn firewall router
Inernet via DSL Modem with stetic IP (asume 192.168.1.1)
windows 2000 server
internal network pc's

Office 2= LapTop with windows xp professional
Cable Internet with stetic IP (asume 192.168.1.2)


please guied me with above snerio, how i can build VPN .
