vpn with dynamic ip withought using dydns or similar progz

Hi!

I have a LAN at my workplace and it connects to the internet through a DSL connection with dynamic IP.
The connection to the internet is handled by a cisco router. I want to make my slack box a vpn server to connect to my LAN's windows clients remotely bypassing the cisco router. I do not want to use any of the programs or registrations like Dyndns etc for certain reasons. Can i set up a hostname only from the linux box to bind to the new dynamic internet ip every time the ip changes? Can my linux box be visible and accesible from the internet?

thanx in advance
