VPN routing

I created VPN network using PopTop
It looks this way

VPN client Linux VPN Server Debian
10.0.0.11 -------------- 10.0.0.1
VPN client Linux
10.0.0.12 -------------- 10.0.0.2
VPN client Linux
10.0.0.13 -------------- 10.0.0.3

VPN client WinXP
10.0.0.14 -------------- 10.0.0.4

What should I do in order to have an access from Window client to other clients. Windows client is set with default gateway the VPN server. I have ping from the server to all clients, and from all clients to server. What route should I add to have ping between the clients (actually for me is important to ping them from the windows client)
P.S.
All client's IPs are set static and every time every client has the same IP address

Thanks in advance for your support
Best regards,
Ipolit
