I am trying running Linspire Five-0 and am trying to establish a vpn connection to my network at work. I can do it easily with MS Windows XP Pro, but, want to use Linspire. Below is the message I get in my VPN error log:

10/28/2005 07:43:41 PM ERROR Using interface ppp0
Connect: ppp0 <--> /dev/pts/2
replacing old default route to eth0 [192.168.0.1]
Cannot determine ethernet address for proxy ARP
local IP address 192.168.70.236
remote IP address 192.168.70.3
CCP: timeout sending Config-Requests
Modem hangup
restoring old default route to eth0 [192.168.0.1]
Connection terminated.
Connect time 2.1 minutes.
Sent 1206511507 bytes, received 69 bytes.

Can anyone help?
