vpn: overview?
Could someone give me a brief overview of the different options for VPN on linux? My main interest is join two remote networks into one LAN-- but also to allow users to 'dial-in' like on a microsoft vpn. I've looked at openswan, openvpn, and pptpd but they all look the same to me... any suggestions? Is there a de-facto standard? Which one is the most secure?
