VPN network

Hello,
I have this situation
Windows XP VPN server - real IP
Linux router which is also pptp client for the windows VPN server - private IP
other computers in the Linux computer network

so I need to access the computers in the Linux router network through the Windows VPN server, but I can't make the routes

the network is something like this

Windows XP VPN server - INTERNET - Linux router with VPN client - LAN

And I need an access to LAN from the WINDOWS VPN SERVER

I can ping the router from the windows VPN server and from the LAN
but I can't ping the LAN from the windows and the windows from the LAN

I put this on the router
echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o ppp0 -j MASQUERADE

Also on the Windows VPN server I see the route only to the pptp client and I can't add route to network
I'm trying
route add 10.0.0.0 netmask 255.0.0.0 10.0.0.11
10.0.0.11 is the ppp interface on the linux computer but I receive bad gateway address netmask

if you have any ideas, I'll be very gratefull

Thanks in advance
