VPN connection won't activate with wireless on Fedora 19 Cinnamon

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to connect to my works Cisco VPN from fedora 19 Cinnamon Desktop using the network settings > + icon and selecting cisco VPN. The thing is it won't activate or switch on if the wireless isn't enabled. But when it does switch on when wireless is off there is obviously no net connection which makes it pointless lol.

I use the cisco VPN program on my windows partition to connect but i'd rather be working in my Fedora partition which i use as my main OS anyway. Any ideas what i might be doing wrong? If you need any logs etc posted then let me know. I'm just wondering if this is a bug with cinnamon or not? Oh and it works with Gnome3

Cheers

Steve
