Question VPN connection with linux & win

hi everybody,
I'd like to create a VPN connection between a LAN (where one PC is linux with archive function) at the edge of the the tunnel connection and 3 laptop at the other edge.

|win|---------|
|win|---------| ____ __________ |--- laptop winxp
...................|---|hub|--|ADSL router|-->internet-->|--- laptop winxp
...................| |--- laptop win2000
|linux RH9|- |

How can I do it easly?
Where I can find some clear documentation?

many thanks in advance.
