VPN connection through Squid

I set up a little home network (2 Windows desktops and one laptop) using Squid on my Red Hat 8.0 box.
Everything works fine except that I cannot connect to work from the laptop using VPN.
Does anyone know what I have to configure in Squid in order to be able to establish this connection?
Thanks!
