VNC Server Sessions

We have Red hat Linux 8.0
We also installed VNC Server in that

Now I created VNC server Seesions and clients are able to connect the VNC server

That is I created like this in the server

I went to the command prompt and typed

then it ask for password
i gave it it automattically created a session

and i gave it to the cleint he was able to access it

and then suddenly the client could not access it got disconnected
then again i had to create a new session and give it to the client

So when it it does disconneted i had to create a new session each and every time why is this so

More over I need to know how many clients are connected to the VNC server what is the command for this
and also need to change the password of the VNC session

Please guide me for the above
